Samsung is considered a pioneer in the smartphone trade, but it is not only because of its virtual choices. Samsung phones, such as Galaxy M31s, Galaxy M21, Galaxy A12, etc., are still handy and sometimes even loud for what you are getting. This year they have come out with the best Budget Samsung Camera phone.
In fact, they all make a great first impression, though we don’t know where (or if) they will appear on the best Samsung phones list until we have entirely revised them, so be sure to come back.
But with so many phones are open now and soon, picking the right one for you can be a chore, even if it rounds it up at best.
Here we go. Here’s a list of the best smartphones offered by Samsung, an award that makes them among the best phones of any manufacturer.
1. Samsung Galaxy M31s:

Display size : 6.5 inche | Rear Camera : 64MP+12MP+5MP+5MP | Front camera : 32MP | Processor : Exynos 9611 | RAM & ROM : 6GB,8GB & 128GB | Battery : 6000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
Let’s look at the wide-angle and main module images. The main camera has no optical zoom, and digital zoom is available up to 10x. It is possible to note good sharpness across the frame. The dynamic range is not over saturated. The automatic white balance is set correctly. What is most surprising, photo and video processing is fast, despite not the best processor, in this regard, the Galaxy M31s is almost as good as the flagships. As for the Pro model, in it, you can adjust the shutter speed and other options, on budget Samsung smartphones this feature appears only now
- Next, you can view several images taken with a resolution of 16 and 64 MP. Find 10 differences!
- Watch the operation of the HDR mode, especially pay attention to the sky.
- The 5MP macro module with autofocus takes great pictures.
- Portrait mode works perfectly. The degree of background blur can be changed in real time.
- The night mode of shooting processes images quite delicately, but sometimes the automation still tries to turn night into day.
- Great panoramic shot. It is possible to note a very precise gluing of the frames.
The main camera has the following video shooting modes:: 720р, 1080р 30fps, 4k 30fps. Image stabilization is available in 1080p 30fps mode. There is slow motion at 960fps. While recording video, you can’t switch to the wide-angle module, you need to select it before starting shooting, there is stabilization on the wide-angle module.
The front camera is equipped with a 32mp sensor with an aperture of F / 2.0. we Must pay tribute, but the front module turned out to be very good. In the daytime, selfies are great, but at night the result is not so good. There is a quick switch between the “selfie” and “group selfie” mode, which increases the viewing angle due to the distance of the object, the viewing angle is certainly not so large, but it’s still better than nothing. One front-facing module can take pictures with the bokeh effect and it turns out very well. Maximum video recording quality on the front camera is 4k 30fps. Even many more expensive and advanced smartphones do not have this feature.
In General, the main and front cameras showed themselves on the good side. Separately, you can highlight the presence of image stabilization and the ability to shoot with the front camera in 4k.
2. Samsung Galaxy M31:

Display size : 6.4 inche | Rear Camera : 64MP+8MP+5MP+5MP | Front camera : 32MP | Processor : Exynos 9611 | RAM & ROM : 6GB,8GB & 64GB, 128GB | Battery : 6000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
The Galaxy M31 is the cheapest smartphone from Samsung with a 64MP main camera powered by an ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor. It is complemented by an 8MP f / 2.2 123-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and dual 5MP cameras for macro and portrait photography. Due to the latter, the Live Focus function is implemented, which allows you to adjust the intensity of the blur during shooting or on an already finished portrait. There is also HDR, Pro mode for manually adjusting parameters, and support for AI algorithms that automatically detect and enhance 20 scene variations.
When it comes to photo quality, the M31 does good daylight shots – the camera captures a lot of detail and produces well-exposed high dynamic range photos even with HDR off. Even though the M31 has a 64MP sensor, the final files are 16MP because of the 4-in-1 fusion technology.
A wide-angle lens can be very useful in some situations, such as when shooting architecture and various landscapes, but don’t expect the same detail from it as from the main camera.
Everything is not so rosy in the dark. The Samsung M31 has a night mode that should improve image quality, but there are a number of questions to ask. Photos in night mode are noticeably cropped, and it does not give a noticeable increase in detail. Samsung will probably improve the quality of photos with the next updates, but right now the night mode is not working as well as we would like.
The macro camera has poor detail, something decent on it can only be shot in perfect lighting. There is no autofocus on this camera, so in the process of shooting you have to aim to get the subject in focus.
The front-facing 32-megapixel camera is represented by a Sony IMX616 sensor with an f / 2.0 aperture. It supports portrait mode and has a wide-angle option, you can also highlight a specific color and make the rest of the photo in black and white.
The Galaxy M31 can record 4K / 30fps video from both the main camera and the front camera. 1080p / 30fps shooting is available on wide angle, but 60fps is not available on any of the modules, which is a limitation due to the processor. Movies shot in daylight look good, aside from the lack of 4K stabilization. The M31 also supports Super Steady video mode, which uses an ultra-wide sensor to create very smooth 1080p videos. It is low price Samsung camera Smartphone
3. Samsung Galaxy M21

Display size : 6.4 inche | Rear Camera : 48MP+8MP+5MP | Front camera : 20MP | Processor : Exynos 9611 | RAM & ROM : 4GB,6GB & 64GB,128GB | Battery : 6000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
The Samsung Galaxy M21 phone has three cameras on the back. The main lens is a 48-megapixel sensor (as opposed to the 64-megapixel on the Galaxy M31), accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
With the right daylight conditions, the Galaxy M21 takes detailed and accurate pictures. The quality of the camera is almost the same as that of the M31. Portrait photos turned out to be of better quality than expected.
You can use a wide-angle camera to capture landscapes in the right light conditions. It is average quality, although I don’t think anyone will do it often. If there is insufficient light, the quality of shooting gets worse. Here the M31 is comparatively better. The Galaxy M21 has a night mode, but the camera struggles to focus in dark scenes.
The 20-megapixel front camera takes decent selfies, but the one on the Galaxy M31 looks better in low light. Video recording in 4K is supported, but the best results are 1080p and super stable position. And M21 is a budget camera smartphone
4. Samsung Galaxy F41

Display size : 6.4 inche | Rear Camera : 64MP+8MP+8MP | Front camera : 32MP | Processor : Exynos 9611 | RAM & ROM : 6GB & 64GB, 6GB & 128GB | Battery : 6000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
The novelty does not offer anything new in terms of design: complete framelessness paired with a teardrop-shaped cutout, a plastic case, and a large platform with three main cameras. Although the renderers once again draw virtually no margins at the edges of the display, in real life they are much larger.
The rear camera is a triple unit with a 64MP main sensor, in addition to, 8MP widescreen sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. The quality of the photo is highly detailed, including thanks to competent post-processing. The front camera is located in a waterdrop notch and is represented by a 32 megapixel.
As you can see, this phone got a fairly powerful and modern processor that easily pulls real 64 MP matrices and copes well with heavy games. The set of cameras is also solid – I am glad that there is no macro camera, which is used only by a few-this allowed us to save an extra penny.
In General, an interesting device that runs on an up-to-date operating system and has not only a huge battery, but also a little fast charging.
5. Samsung Galaxy A31

Display size : 6.4 inche | Rear Camera : 48MP+8MP+5MP+5MP | Front camera : 20MP | Processor : Mediatek Helio P65 | RAM & ROM : 4GB,6GB,8GB & 64GB,128GB | Battery : 5000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
Samsung Galaxy A31 is equipped with a quad camera. The main module has a resolution of 48 Mp (aperture f / 2.0), the rest gain only 18 Mp in total. This is an 8-megapixel wide (f / 2.2), 5-megapixel depth sensor (f / 2.4) and a 5-megapixel camera for macro photography (f / 2.4). Unlike Xiaomi smartphones, where a macro camera is a telephoto lens with a specific focal range, the Galaxy A31 received a fixed-focus macro module with the same capture angle as the main camera. “Shirik” also lacks autofocus. Let’s first take a look at examples of photos, and then I will try to comment on what I saw.
In normal mode, the device shoots with a resolution of 12 megapixels. 48 megapixels is the Pro mode that you need to switch to in the settings. This resolution is achieved through Quad Bayer technology – combining four pixels into one. I did not notice any difference in quality between the pictures in these modes, the pictures turned out to be equally good. The color rendition is slightly different. The frame looks more natural in normal mode, but it’s a matter of taste – who likes which option better.
The ultra-wide 8 megapixel copes with its work – the camera’s viewing angle increases to 123º. The lens captures twice as much detail, and the quality of the images remains at a level. Yes, if you zoom in from an ultra-wide shot, the clarity of details will become lower, but this lens is used for other purposes, not for zooming in. Both modules transmit color and light correctly, we did not see any strong differences.
Samsung smartphones have a special portrait mode. It is adjusted with a slider on the screen on a scale from 1 to 7. It does not work quite correctly – the background is partially blurred, and the foreground elements may blur along with it.
I compared macro shots with shots taken with a regular lens. There is no autofocus in the camera, so photos may come out blurry if the hand shakes during shooting.
In terms of color rendition, the frame with an ordinary lens wins, the macro module greatly distorted the real color. The quality also turned out to be better in the second image, the detail is higher.
The panorama is familiar to Samsung smartphones. The quality of details is average, the frame is deformed towards the center if you shoot from one point around you.
The front camera has a resolution of 20 megapixels. In the usual mode, good pictures are obtained, which are not ashamed to be posted on social networks or sent to relatives in the messenger. The detail for 20 MP is not high enough, but it becomes noticeable only if you zoom in on the frame.
The portrait mode on the front also has its own settings. You can choose minimal blur or blur the background to the maximum. Algorithms do not always work correctly at maximum settings, small details of the foreground may be blurred, and the joints between the main subject and the background will look rough.
The camera reacts quickly to changes. During the shooting, the wind blew and ruffled the hair of our assistant a little. The lens noticed this and blurred some strands. Good or bad, i cannot say, but the quick reaction of the camera made me happy.
6. Samsung Galaxy A12

Display size : 6.5 inche | Rear Camera : 48MP+5MP+2MP+2MP | Front camera : 8MP | Processor : Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 | RAM & ROM : 3GB,4GB,6GB & 32GB,64GB,128GB | Battery : 5000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
Samsung Galaxy A12 – received a far from budget camera configuration. The main module has a 48-megapixel sensor with f / 2.0 aperture and a wide-angle lens. The picture is clear and rich, with correct color reproduction and a wide dynamic range. Shooting in low light is not as good for the camera as it is for sunny days. Noises appear in the pictures, however, the quality is still at a decent level. Video recording is available at 1080p and 30 frames per second.
The main module is complemented by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with a capture angle of 115 degrees and an aperture of f / 2.2. In terms of the quality of shooting, it is somewhat inferior to the main camera, as it spoils the photo. A macro camera with a 2 MP sensor allows you to get decent pictures only in good lighting. There are no complaints about the depth measurement sensor – the background is blurred correctly. The front camera is based on an 8-megapixel sensor. For undemanding users, the quality of shooting will be quite enough.
7. Samsung Galaxy A21s

Display size : 6.5 inche | Rear Camera : 48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP | Front camera : 13 MP | Processor : Exynos 850 | RAM & ROM : 2GB,3GB,4GB,6GB & 32GB,64GB,128GB | Battery : 5000 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
On the back of the Samsung Galaxy A21s is a quad camera system with LED flash. The kit consists of a main sensor Samsung ISOCELL GM2 (S5KGM2) with a resolution of 48MP, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. In front, there is a front camera that shoots at a resolution of 13 MP.
The app for shooting in Galaxy A21s is similar to its counterparts in most other smartphones from Samsung. OneUI 2.0 introduces minor interface improvements, although overall everything remains the same. Swiping left or right will change the selected mode, and there is an option in the settings to turn off some of them. Vertical swipe toggles between the main and front camera.
The shots of the main sensor come out with a resolution of 12MP, and they have problems with detail, but otherwise they are very good: the colors are natural, contrasting, and there is very little noise. Thanks to Auto HDR, the dynamic range is fine too. A 48MP shooting mode is available, although it’s not easy to find it in the settings. Photos with a higher resolution do not look much better than standard 12-megapixel shots, so there is no point in enabling it – files are saved for a long time, and they will take up much more memory space.
The 8MP ultra wide-angle lens performs well, both in terms of detail and saturation, or dynamic range. Even though the photos lack clarity, the contrast is great, and even many more expensive smartphones shoot similar shots much worse. The 2MP depth sensor is good for portraits. The result is excellent, the smartphone manages to clearly separate the main subject from the background.
The A21s also has a 2-megapixel macro camera with fixed focus at 4cm. If you find the right distance, you get detailed footage of bugs, flowers or clothing patterns. The main lens also works well in low light – given its price category, of course. Photos are not too washed out, and colors remain saturated. But, at night, the noise becomes too aggressive, the detail drops noticeably.
The front camera in the A21s is not the best – the pictures lack detail, colors appear faded and contrast is weak. The separation of the object and the background is also not impressive, although it can be worse in the budget segment. When it comes to video shooting, this model is far from ideal. We have the ability to record in 1080p at 30 fps, however, there is no electronic stabilization here. Nevertheless, the results look good – unless, of course, you shake your smartphone while shooting.
8. Samsung Galaxy A41

Display size : 6.1 inche | Rear Camera : 48MP+8MP+5MP | Front camera : 25MP | Processor : Mediatek Helio P65 | RAM & ROM : 4GB & 64GB | Battery : 3500 mAh | Network : 4G | Full Specification
The camera menu is standard and minimalistic. There is no night mode, for portraits and shooting with the bokeh effect, the Live Focus mode is intended. In additional modes – Pro, shooting panoramas and food. To shoot with a 48-megapixel module, you need to select it in the mode menu in the top panel. In shooting, as usual, AI helps, which recognizes the scene and optimizes the frame. If you want, You can also disable it in the settings.
The main module with a resolution of 48 megapixels is equipped with an optical system with an equivalent distance of 26 mm and an aperture of f / 2.0. Autofocus is surprisingly fast, especially in good lighting conditions. The system of combining 4 adjacent pixels is commonly used for more correct color reproduction and improving the image quality. If necessary, you can shoot in full 48 megapixels: shooting such a frame takes a little longer, and the photos are more detailed. However, such images take up much more space and require special conditions: bright lighting and good smartphone stabilization.
The smartphone works well for the subject and close shooting, although autofocus is often mistaken, it is better to adjust it manually. In general, the Galaxy A41 does a pretty good job of blurring the background, although not infallible.
The wide-angle module with a resolution of 8 megapixels and an equivalent distance of 12 mm is equipped with not so fast optics – f / 2.2. There is no autofocus, but in good lighting the pictures are excellent. In the twilight, the situation worsens: noise appears, and distortions at the edges of the frame become more noticeable. Modules are switched by pressing the corresponding icon in the viewfinder area: all this is accompanied by animation and does not happen instantly but after a few seconds.
The third module, as we have already said, is auxiliary. He is responsible for separating the foreground and background so that in the future the smartphone can use the bokeh effect as efficiently as possible. Its resolution is 5 megapixels, but this is more of a service information: there are many examples when modules with a much lower resolution are used for such tasks.
Admittedly, the smartphone failed at night shooting. Despite our best efforts, the photos come out too blurry and noisy.
The Samsung Galaxy A41 video shoots at a maximum resolution of 1080p, which, frankly, is not impressive. With stabilization, things are not very good, when you shoot on the go, the picture jumps too much.
For selfies, two modes are available, with different angles, and of course, an enhancer, whose role is mainly reduced to a little blurring of the face. As with the main camera, selfies are adequate in white balance, but with low details.
